Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At CD Jewellers, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return, refund, and exchange policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • The product received is incorrect or different from the order placed.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, tags, and invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Products showing signs of use, scratches, dents, or modifications.
  • Items without original packaging or invoice.
  • Clearance, promotional, or special-order products unless defective.
  • Products where warranty service is applicable instead of replacement.

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, contact us with your order details and evidence of the issue. Our support team will review the request within 2-3 business days.

4. Replacement Policy

If the return request is approved due to transit damage, manufacturing defect, or wrong product delivered, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, customers may choose:

  • Store Credit
  • Alternative Product
  • Full Refund

5. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 Business Days
  • UPI Payments: 2-5 Business Days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 Business Days
  • COD Orders: Refund via Bank Transfer within 7-10 Business Days

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and the order will fall under the return process.

7. Damaged Package Delivery

  • Take photographs before opening.
  • Mention the damage to the delivery partner.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to report transit damage within 24 hours may affect claim eligibility.

8. Warranty Claims

Many products are covered by manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by product category. Customers should retain their invoice for warranty support. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
