Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and the order will fall under the return process.
Before Dispatch
Customers may cancel orders before dispatch. Contact our support team immediately after placing an order if you wish to cancel.
After Dispatch
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. The order will instead fall under the return and refund process, subject to our policies.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded within the timelines below:
- UPI: 2-5 Business Days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 Business Days
- Net Banking: 5-7 Business Days
